There has been an increase in the amount of employers that are requesting job applicants to provide the company with their Facebook identify and password. Maryland is the only state that has passed any legislation preventing an employer from requiring applicants to disclose their Facebook login information. However, New York, California, Missouri, Michigan, South Carolina, Washington and Minnesota.
