Anaïs Paccione is an employment lawyer with Castronovo & McKinney.  Her practice focuses on representing employees in workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and other employment law matters.  Anaïs also has experience counseling clients on severance and non-compete agreements.  Anaïs is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York.

Prior to joining Castronovo & McKinney, Anaïs honed her litigation and counseling skills in employment matters at large defense firms.  Anaïs served as a law clerk for the Honorable Katie A. Gummer in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth Vicinage, before entering private practice.

Anaïs graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law.  During law school, she served as Co-President of the Latin American Law Students Association and was a Bureau Member of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal.  Anaïs developed her passion for employment law while researching and writing her Journal Article which analyzed employment rights for underage fashion models.  Anaïs also interned at a major entertainment company and participated in Seton Hall Law’s Equal Justic Clinic.

Anaïs completed her undergraduate education at Vassar College, where she double majored in Media Studies and Hispanic Studies.

Anaïs is a member of the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey.  In her free time, she is an avid salsa dancer and loves fashion and fitness.
