Nicholas began his career as a Staff Attorney at Legal Services, advocating for low-income tenants in Newark, NJ’s housing court. Over four years, he managed numerous cases, engaging in oral arguments and negotiations. His landmark victory in Opex Realty MGMT, LLC v. Taylor clarified Newark’s Rent Control Ordinance, benefiting tenants citywide. This experience now enhances his role at Castronovo & McKinney, LLC, where he tackles complex employment challenges.
