Were You Fired Because of Your Race?

Do you believe that you were fired from your job because of your race?  It can often times be a difficult thing to prove because the decision maker rarely tells you that they are terminating your employment because of your race.  However, all hope is not lost.  You can demonstrate that you were the victim of race discrimination at work by demonstrating that you were more qualified, had better performance reviews, and were an all around better employee than the people who were not terminated. The employees who were retained must be of another race or skin color.  It is also useful to demonstrate that you were replaced by an employee of another race or skin color.  We will try and show that employees of a different race or skin color were held to a lesser standard by the employer.

Please call our NJ Discrimination Lawyers if you believe that you were fired from your job due because of your race.
