Have you been offered a severance package or agreement from Verizon?  If so, our employment attorneys can assist you with the review and negotiation of the terms of your severance agreement.  Please contact us for a free consultation regarding your severance package.  We have handled hundreds of severance agreements on behalf of employees in New Jersey.  We can explain in detail the terms of your severance package and the risks and benefits of the agreement (including many of the risks that are unknown to an inexperienced reviewer).  We also provide you a list of items you should request from the company that are not included in the severance agreement.  This allows you to negotiate with your employer to increase the payout of your severance agreement and negotiate other items to include in the package.

We offer two different types of services regarding the review of severance agreements:

1. We will thoroughly review your severance agreement and schedule a conference call or meeting to explain the terms and possible consequences of signing the agreement  – This is charged at a flat rate.  Please contact us at (973) 920-7888 or (646) 755-3781 to discuss your separation agreement.  We can review your agreement and speak with you about the agreement within 24 hours.  This allows you to make sure that you meet the deadlines set forth in your agreement.

2. We can negotiate with your former employer to try and revise the terms, compensation and benefits of your severance package.  This is charged at a flat-rate.  Please call us if you are interested in this service – (973) 920-7888 or (646) 755-3781.

Please contact us if you are interested in our services.  Keep in mind that your severance agreement may expire and you should contact an employment attorney as soon as possible in order to obtain the best result.
