Stephen Mirsky is an employment lawyer with Castronovo & McKinney. His practice focuses on representing employees in workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and other employment law matters. Stephen also has experience counseling clients on severance agreements. Stephen is licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
Prior to joining Castronovo & McKinney, Stephen honed his litigation and counseling skills focusing on insurance defense, lemon law and medical malpractice matters at a New Jersey defense firm.
Stephen graduated from Rutgers Law School in Newark. During law school, he focused his studies on business law. He excelled in his classes in employment law, business organization and negotiations en-route to earning a Corporate & Business Law Certificate. Stephen also interned at an international banking software company and was a board member for the Jewish Law Students Association.
Stephen completed his undergraduate education at Yeshiva University, where he majored in Marketing and minored in Management and Psychology.
Stephen was elected as a board member for Sharsheret, an organization which helps young women fighting against breast cancer. Stephen, his wife and two sons live in Passaic, New Jersey. In his free time, he is an enthusiastic sports fan and loves to travel.
